Amend CSSB 422 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 1, strike Section 1.01.                                           
	(2)  On page 2, line 1 strike "2017" and substitute "2007"       
	(3)  Strike Sections 1.03 through 1.39 (page 2, line 2 through 
page 58, line 2) and renumber the remaining sections of the bill 
accordingly.
