Amend CSSB 422 in SECTION 1.17 of the bill, in added 
Subchapter J, Chapter 29, Education Code (house committee report), 
as follows:
	(1)  On page 16, line 26, strike "750,000" and substitute "one 
million".
	(2)  On page 17, line 2, between "is" and "the", insert "not".
	(3)  On page 17, line 5, strike "90" and substitute "85".
