Amend CSSB 442 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 
466.161, Government Code (Senate committee printing, page 1, 
between lines 23 and 24), by adding Subsection (d) to read as 
follows:
	(d) The immunity provided by Subsection (a) does not apply to 
a cause of action for personal injury or wrongful death.
