Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 446 as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 4, between lines 13 and 14, add a new Subsection 
(e) as follows:
	(e)  The comptroller shall transfer five percent of the money 
collected from cards presumed to be abandoned for use as grants 
under Subchapter M, Chapter 56, Education Code.
