The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 447 by adding the following:
Sec. 274.005(d). A purchaser of a tax receivable is
prohibited from engaging, directly or indirectly, in any collection
activity.
