Amend CSSB 548 on third reading as follows:                                  
	Amend Senate committee printing for the committee substitute 
for Senate Bill 548 on page 2, lines 2-3, by striking "that occurs 
on or after the effective date of this Act."  and inserting, "filed 
after June 1, 2006."
