Amend SB 567 on page 4, on line 25 between ";" and "and" by 
adding a new Subsections (C) and (D) to read as follows and 
renumbering subsequent subsections:
			"(C)  the growth or decrease in the total value of 
property;        
			"(D)  the growth or decrease in the total 
estimated population;     
			"(E)  the growth or decrease in the estimated 
number of households living with a household income under 125% of 
the federal poverty guidelines;
			"(F)  the growth or decrease in the estimated 
number of children enrolled in the school district who qualify for 
free breakfasts and/or free lunches;
			"(G)  the growth or decrease in the estimated 
number of children with special needs;
			"(H)  the growth or decrease in the number of miles 
required to transport students to and from school;
			"(I)  the growth or decrease in the number and cost 
of new textbooks and technological hardware;"
