Amend SB 567 on third reading as follows:                                    
	(1)  In Section 1 of the bill, amended Section 26.06(b)(2), 
Tax Code, immediately following added Paragraph (B), add the 
following paragraph and redesignate subsequent paragraphs 
accordingly:
			(C)  the total amount of the outstanding and 
unpaid bonded indebtedness of the taxing unit;
	(2)  In Section 2 of the bill, amended Section 44.004(c), 
Education Code, immediately following added Subdivision (3), add 
the following subdivision and renumber subsequent subdivisions 
accordingly:
		(4)  contain a statement of the total amount of the 
outstanding and unpaid bonded indebtedness of the school district;
