The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSSB 574 on page 2, line 15 by inserting the following 
after the period:  "Nothing in this subsection shall be deemed to 
affect the timing of a permit issued solely under the authority of 
Chapter 366, Health and Safety Code, by the Texas Commission on 
Environmental Quality or its authorized agent."
