	Amend SB 624 (House Committee Report) by striking SECTIONS 2, 
3, 4, and 7 of the bill (page 1, line 9, through page 2, line 4, and 
page 4, lines 4 through 9) and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of 
the bill accordingly.
