Amend SB 629 (Senate committee printing) in Subsection (a), 
SECTION 6 of the bill (page 4, lines 28-30), by striking "in effect 
on the effective date of this Act, regardless of the date on which 
the purchaser and seller entered into the contract" and 
substituting "entered into on or after January 1, 2006".
