	Amend SB 712 on page 1, line 15, between the semicolon and 
"and", by inserting a new Subsection (3) as follows and renumbering 
the subsequent sections accordingly:
		(3)  each electric utility will provide funding for 
targeted low-income energy efficiency programs as described in 
Section 39.903(f)(2), in an amount equal to or greater than funding 
for those programs in FY 2003.
