	Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to SB 743 by adding the following 
sentence after the word "2017." on Page 2, Line 30 as follows:
	"The costs of any renewable energy credits acquired by an 
electric utility in accordance with commission rules implemented to 
achieve the intent of this section shall be treated as eligible fuel 
expense and recovered by the utility as fuel costs."
