System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 825 by striking Section 1 and adding the following 
appropriately numbered section:
	SECTION V.  Subchapter I, Chapter 2054, Government Code, is 
amended by adding Section 2054.272 to read as follows:
	Sec. 2054.272. USE OF REVENUE FOR PORTALS.  The authority may 
not use any more of the States share of revenue generated by 
TexasOnline than is necessary to cover the cost of operations 
related to the development of internet portals that provide access 
to information regarding:
			(1)  education;                                                       
			(2) business; and                                                     
			(3)  state employees.
