	Amend the Solomons amendment to  SB 825 as follows:                          

(1)  In Section 1 of the bill, in added Section 2054.272, 	Government Code, between "PORTALS." and "The", insert "(a)".
	(3)  In Section 1 of the bill, after added Section 2054.272, 
Government Code, insert a new Subsection (b) as follows:
	(b)  Subtitle D, Title 10, applies to any purchase made to 
develop an Internet portal described by Subsection (a).
