	Amend SB 825 on 3rd reading, in added Section 2054.272(a), 
Government Code, by striking "The authority may not use any more of 
the States share of revenue generated by Texas Online than is 
necessary to cover the cost of operations" and substituting:
	"The authority may use revenue generated by Texas Online, 
other than the state's share of revenue, to cover the cost of 
operations".
