	Amend SB 837 (House committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, immediately following added 
Subsection (b), Article 46C.258, Code of Criminal Procedure (page 
19, between lines 7 and 8), insert the following:
	(c)  Not later than the 60th day before the date of expiration 
of the order, the head of the facility shall transmit to the 
committing court a psychological evaluation of the acquitted 
person, a certificate of medical examination of the person, and any 
recommendation for further treatment of the person.  The committing 
court shall make the documents available to the attorneys 
representing the state and the acquitted person.
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Subsection (d), 
Article 46C.263, Code of Criminal Procedure (page 24, line 11), 
between "by" and "the", insert "the appropriate community 
supervision and corrections department or".
