System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 848 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 3, after line 12, insert the following in Section 
245.004:      
		"(12)  regulations found by a political subdivision to 
be necessary to protect clean and safe drinking water or to prevent 
the degradation of water quality of an aquifer that serves as a 
source of the political subdivision's drinking water supply."
