Amend CSSB 1071 (committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, 
in proposed Section 411.081(d), Government Code, on page 1, line 
35, by striking ", an agency" and substituting "for criminal 
justice or regulatory licensing purposes, an agency or entity".
