Amend SB 1104 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 1, line 13, between "7,500" and "located", 
insert "that does not own an electric, gas or water utility and is"
	(2)  On page 1, line 19, between "ordinance" and "may", 
insert ", enacted by the accepting municipality prior to January 1, 
2007,".
