Amend CSSB 1130, committee printing, in SECTION 1 of the
bill, Section 81.056(b), Natural Resources Code, on page 1, line
26, after "in proximity to the pipeline" and before ", the common
carrier" by adding "and in an amount exceeding five barrels".
