Amend SB 1176 as follows: 1). In SECTION 34 add a new subsection (5) to read as follows: "(5) Section 814.1042" and renumber subsequent subsections appropriately. 2). In SECTION 35, Subsection (b), insert the following between "Insurance Code," and "as added by this Act": "and the repeal of Section 814.1042, Government Code".
