Amend CSSB 1188 (House committee printing) in SECTION 8 of the 
bill in Subsection (e) (page 25, line 22) following the last 
sentence, by inserting the following:
	In conducting the study, the commission shall solicit 
stakeholder input and consider information from any other 
optimization-related projects currently being operated, including 
the Consolidated Waiver Project authorized by 531.0219, Government 
Code, former projects including the Mental Retardation Local 
Authority program, and related information from projects in other 
states.
