Amend Amendment No. __ by Luna to SB 1188 on third reading on 
page 1 of the amendment by striking lines 24-25 and substituting 
"methods, emphasizing the health benefits of abstinence from sexual 
activity to recipients who are not married, except that the 
counseling and education may not including counseling and education 
regarding emergency contraception;".
