Amend CSSB 1239 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1) Strike SECTION 2 of the bill, amending Subdivision (2), 
Section 95.001, Health and Safety Code (page 1, lines 20 through 
26), and substitute the following new SECTION 2 to read as follows:
	SECTION 2.  Chapter 95, Health and Safety Code, as added by 
Chapter 1465, Acts of the 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, 
is amended by adding Section 95.0011 to read as follows:
	Sec. 95.0011.  EXPIRATION. This chapter expires September 1, 
2007.
