The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend SB 1339 in SECTION 1 of the bill, as follows:                          
	(1)  In amended Subsection (a), Section 451.705, 
Transportation Code strike "voters of a municipality" (page 1, line 
9, house committee printing) and substitute "voters of another 
municipality".
	(2)  In amended Subsection (a), Section 451.705, 
Transportation Code, strike "the governing body of the 
municipality" (page 1, lines 11-12, house committee printing) and 
substitute "the governing body of the other municipality".
