79(R) SB1410 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 1410 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added 
Subsection (b), Section 74.092, Government Code (page 1, between 
lines 52 and 53), insert the following:

	(c)  Subsection (a)(11) does not apply to a local 
administrative judge in a county with a population of 3.4 million or 
more.
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, immediately following added 
Subsection (c), Section 74.097, Government Code (page 2, between 
lines 10 and 11), insert the following:
	(d)  This section does not apply to a court in a county with a 
population of 3.4 million or more.
