The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 1413, on page 2, at the end of line 13, by inserting 
"is owned by a county or, if not owned by a county, for which the 
owner applies to a county for brownfield assistance or 
certification and".
