Amend Floor Amendment No. 2 to CSSB 1503 as follows:                         
	(1)  On page 2, on line 24, strike item (6), lines 24-27, and 
replace with new (6) as follows:  In SECTION 8 of the bill, in the 
heading to added Article 102.022, Code of Criminal Procedure (page 
6, lines 17-18), strike "INSTITUTE ON RACE, CRIME, AND JUSTICE" and 
substitute "STATEWIDE REPOSITORY FOR DATA RELATED TO CIVIL 
JUSTICE".
	(2)  On page 3, line 28, strike "System Center at Dallas".
