Amend CSSB 1512 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In the recital to SECTION 4 of the bill (page 1, line 
50), strike "(7),".
	(2)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, amended Section 11.002, Water 
Code (page 1, line 54, through page 2, line 3), strike proposed 
Subdivision (7).
	(3)  Strike SECTION 11 of the bill (page 8, line 57, through 
page 9, line 4) and renumber the subsequent sections of the bill 
accordingly.
