System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 1528 by adding the following section, appropriately 
numbered, and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
	SECTION __.  Section 65.45, Education Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  To the extent provided for in an agreement authorized by 
this section, a person employed by the entity with whom the system 
enters such an agreement, or the person's spouse or child, may pay 
the tuition and fees charged to residents of this state when 
enrolled in a system institution.
