	Amend SB 1641 by striking all of SECTION 1 and substituting 
the following: 
	SECTION 1.  Section 623.219, Transportation Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	Sec. 623.219. EXPIRATION.  This subchapter expires January 1, 
2008 [June 1, 2007].
