Amend CSSB 1670 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 601.453, Transportation Code, between "agent" and "to" 
(page 2, line 22), insert "or state agency".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (b),
