Amend CSSB 1716 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 2 of the bill, between Subsections (a) and (b) (page 1, between lines 59 and 60), by inserting the following new subsection and relettering existing Subsection (b) as Subsection (c): (b) This Act does not affect the terms of a contract entered into before the effective date of this Act.
