The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend the committee printing of CSSB 1748 as follows:                        
	(1)  On page 2, line 45, to insert a new subsection (c) to 
read as follows:  
	"(c)  Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit an entity 
defined in Sec. 11.003(9) of the Public Utility Regulatory Act from 
providing BPL service or owning and operating a BPL system."
	(2)  On page 3, line 6, following the word "system," to add 
"or an entity defined in Section 11.003(9) of the Public Utility 
Regulatory Act".
