The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 1821 (House committee report) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, by striking added Section 3818.007, Special District Local 
Laws Code (page 4, lines 6 through 20) and inserting the following:
	Sec. 3818.007.  CONTRACT WITH DISTRICT.  The district and a 
municipality in whose extraterritorial jurisdiction the district 
is located may enter into development agreements under Subchapter 
G, Chapter 212, Local Government Code, concerning development of 
the property within the district and annexation of all or a portion 
of the district by the municipality.
