Amend CSSB 1863 (House Committee Report) as follows:                         
	(1)  In SECTION 8.02 of Article 8 of the bill, in proposed 
Subsection (c), Section 531.079, Government Code (page 43, line 7), 
strike "commission" and substitute "Department of Aging and 
Disability Services".
	(2)  In SECTION 8.02 of ARTICLE 8 of the bill, in proposed 
Section 531.080, Government Code (page 43, line 12), strike 
"commission" and substitute "Department of Aging and Disability 
Services".
