Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 by Chisum and Pitts to CSSB 1863
by striking lines 3 through 23 of the amendment and substituting the
following:
(1) Strike all ARTICLES and SECTIONS of the bill except for
ARTICLE 6 (page 26, line 24 of the bill through page 28, line 4 of
the bill) and ARTICLE 14 (page 94, lines 16-23 of the bill).
(2) Renumber existing ARTICLE 6, SECTION 6.01, SECTION 6.02,
SECTION 6.03, ARTICLE 14, and SECTION 14.01 accordingly.
