AUTHOR'S/SPONSOR'S STATEMENT OF INTENT
The definition for "all-terrain vehicle" (ATV) provided in Section 502.001(1), Transportation Code, does not reflect changes in the design of some newer ATV models.
C.S.H.B. 1646 amends the definition of ATV to accurately reflect the models currently being manufactured.
