BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

 

The purpose of HB 3199 is to clarify when the terms of the 410th District Court in Montgomery County will begin.

 

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY

 

It is the committee's opinion that this bill does not expressly grant any additional rulemaking authority to a state officer, department, agency, or institution. 

 

ANALYSIS

 

The bill changes the terms of the 410th District Court from their current start dates to begin on the first Mondays in January and July.
