A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the terms of court of the 15th, 59th, and 336th District 
Courts.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 24.116(c), Government Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	(c)  The terms of the 15th District Court begin on the first 
Mondays in January and [, April,] July [, and October].
	SECTION 2.  Section 24.161(b), Government Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	(b)  The terms of the 59th District Court begin on the first 
Mondays in January and [, April,] July [, and October].
	SECTION 3.  Section 24.482(b), Government Code, is repealed.                   
	SECTION 4.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
