A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to reimbursement of certain expenses for members of the 
Texas Military Facilities Commission.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 435.008(b), Government Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	(b)  A member is entitled to reimbursement [may not receive 
compensation] for meals, lodging, [or other travel expenses, except 
that the member is entitled to compensation for] transportation 
expenses, and incidental expenses as provided by the General 
Appropriations Act.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
