A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to distribution of money from the Texas Enterprise Fund.             
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 481.078, Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:
	(g)  To the greatest extent practicable, money from the fund 
shall be spent in all areas of this state.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
