A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the term of a food manager certificate.                           
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 12.0112(b), Health and Safety Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(b)  This section does not apply to a license issued for a 
youth camp under Chapter 141 or a food manager certificate issued 
under Chapter 438.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
