A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the use of federal child care and development block 
grant funds by local workforce development boards.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 2308.315 and 2308.316, Government Code, 
are repealed.   
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
