A BILL TO BE ENTITLED



AN ACT


relating to the exception from the hotel occupancy tax for a 
permanent resident.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 156.101, 351.002(c), and 352.002(c), 
Tax Code, are repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
