A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to hunting on certain parts of Big Sandy Creek; providing a 
penalty.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Subchapter A, Chapter 62, Parks and Wildlife 
Code, is amended by adding Subsection 62.003(c) to read as follows:
	(c)  No person may use a boat or any other type of floating 
device on Big Sandy Creek within 2.18 miles east of Texas Farm to 
Market Highway 2869 or between Texas Farm to Market Highway 2869 and 
Texas Farm to Market Highway 49, in Wood County, Texas, to hunt or 
to access any land to hunt any wild bird or wild animal.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect on September 1, 2005.
