A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to designating the Texas Historical Commission to 
administer the El Camino Real de los Tejas National Trail and 
coordinate the efforts of Texas public and private entities on 
trail education, interpretation, and preservation.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Amends Chapter 442 by adding section .019 of the 
Government Code, The Texas Historical Commission shall administer 
and coordinate the efforts of Texas public and private entities on 
trail education, interpretation and preservation of the El Camino 
Real de los Tejas National Trail.
