A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT


relating to the composition of the juvenile board of Fayette 
County.      
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 152.0811(a), Human Resources Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(a)  The juvenile board of Fayette County is composed of the 
county judge, the county sheriff, and the judge of a district court 
in Fayette County as determined by the commissioners court.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
