CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, The House of Representatives of the State of Texas 
has passed House Bill No. 872 and returned it to the Senate of the 
State of Texas; and
	WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house is 
necessary; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of 
Texas, the Senate of the State of Texas concurring, That the house 
hereby respectfully requests that the Secretary of the Senate be 
authorized to return House Bill No. 872 to the house for further 
consideration.
